As the recognized single entry point for Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) related inquiries, CACI has brought order to the inquiry and assistance process. Because of CACI’s ability to handle a wide variety of detailed RCM support assignments, the company represents the Naval Sea Systems Command in executing these assignments at senior Department of Defense forums.
CACI International is an industry leader in the training and application of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). For CACI, action items and inquiries related to RCM can originate from industry, government, academia, and working groups seeking RCM assistance and expertise. A wide variety of RCM-related inquiries go through NAVSEA for review and processing. CACI’s maintenance experience makes it uniquely qualified to assist NAVSEA with thorough analysis and sound technical recommendations when dealing with new additions or revisions to existing publications and presentations related to RCM.
Approximately one to four assignments per month are directed to CACI for assistance. Assignments can be completed in as little as one hour to hundreds of hours and take as little as one day to several months to complete, and in some cases they are ongoing. Assignments are received by the CACI RCM group where the client’s requirements are thoroughly reviewed and researched for alternative solutions. Assignments in some cases require CACI to represent NAVSEA at meetings or forums. Findings or revised documentation is submitted to NAVSEA for final review and approval.

NAVSEA shows a high level of confidence in CACI’s ability to handle a wide variety of detailed RCM support assignments and is a highly creditable representative in executing these assignments and in representing NAVSEA at senior Department of Defense (DoD) forums.
