Information : IC Fabrication SPC Team Meetings
Harris Semiconductor engineering personnel participate in weekly meetings to review the status of SPC efforts in the IC fabrication area. The weekly meetings have been a fixture for the past ten years, meeting on a set day of the week and at a set time, with attendance required for IC fabrication process engineering personnel. The meetings are used to report status of new or on-going SPC efforts for the fabrication area, as well as describe and explain new SPC software tools that are available for use by Harris personnel. Process operator personnel are also encouraged to attend the meetings and present information regarding data that has been collected on equipment or processes. The meetings are conducted in an informal atmosphere, with concentration on interaction between participants to suggest possible improvements to methods of data collection or analysis.
