2. PRR Applicability.

Conduct PRRs during the full-scale development (FSD) phase for acquisitions that require either or both of the following:

a.		An Air Force Systems Acquisition Review Council (AFSARC) review or a Joint Requirements and Management Board (JRMB) review.
b.		A PRR, as described by the product division director of manufacturing or PM.
