wish to recognize the following members of the Defense Acquisition University

Bahnmaier, formerly of DAU’s Program Management and Leadership Department on
the Capital/Northeast Regional Campus, for coordinating the input and editing
the material from various DAU departments; and, from the Visual Arts and Press
