E3.5.1. Refine the SSAA. Phase 3 begins with a review of the SSAA to
ensure that its requirements and agreements still apply. That review shall
continue throughout phase 3 as the integrated system is subjected to
successive levels of evaluation. At each stage of the integrated IT systemís
acceptance, the SSAA shall be refined by adding details to reflect the current
state of the system. Required changes shall be submitted to the DAA, the CA,
the program manager, and the user representative so that the revised agreement
may be approved and executed.
