LEVEL OF RISK
|Contractor has implemented a
closed-loop failure reporting and corrective action system (FRACAS) to
capture all failures at all levels of testing. All failures are analyzed
to sufficient depth to identify root causes and implement corrective
actions. Closeout is based on test data assessment. Contractor uses an
internal component engineering lab capable of performing all levels of
analysis. FRACAS activity is flowed down to the subcontractor level.
