ownership costs of our systems, supplies, and services. We can achieve this
goal by applying modern business practices and relying on commercial vendors
to take advantage of new or emerging technologies and advancements to improve
system performance while reducing cost. We believe that sharing information
with industry and communicating with our stakeholders will enable us to
achieve this goal.
