The following pages contain a list of key questions for Test, some of which are also presented in an expanded form as logic diagrams. Some of these questions may be applicable to your specific programs, some may not. It is both possible and desirable, however, to use the key questions and logic diagrams presented here as examples for the development of your own key questions and logic diagrams.
Following is a list of key technical questions. The questions which are italicized are then shown in logic diagram format. Remember, the responses presented in these logic diagrams are accurate for most situations; other situations could elicit different responses. The significance, even the utility, of these questions lies in the fact that they are asked and that necessary corrective action is implemented.
