Templates can be looked at as subcategories, they result from review and
analysis of the Knowledge Base. They are the main themes in the Knowledge Base
and the elements for which a risk level is identified and assigned. Each
Template contains a set of related Questions. In the TRIMS application screen,
risk evaluations are shown at the Template level. They may be rolled up to the
Category level, but the Template provides a more manageable level for review.
This level defines specific areas where risk management must be applied.
Each Template section in the Knowledge Base describes an area of risk concern and then suggests methods for reducing the risk. The area of concern is the Template title; the methods for risk reduction are the basis of the Questions in the Template.
